Showing the grace of her age and yet retains some youthful spunk. Smooth, dark, and lush in the glass. A nice "mid fruit" splash. Touch heat on the backend dissipates with a few hours. Integrated Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre in almost equal parts. Earthiness and some spice. In a fine drinking window, don't think holding will improve the profile.
    Drank from magnum. (93 pts.)

Nice note. Thought I had one of these last year, but when I checked CT I saw that it was the 08/09 The Prophetess, which was also good. Enjoyed several different Sans Liege bottlings about 18 months ago, but have not had one recently. My local shop carries them, so I'll have to stop by and check in again.

Cheers,

Steve
