2010 Tercero White Hawk Viognier

Probably didn't give this enough time, but popped and poured about 3 days after the GSO truck arrived. The nose gave off petrol and a bit of sulphur on pop and pour, but on the palate, peaches, pears and white flowers. Nice acidity and medium-long finish. Nice wine - love everything I've had from White Hawk. Maybe not a Home Run, but easy two-run double off the left field fence on his first Viognier at-bat. Kudos to Larry.

Update for night 2: The nose has come around nicely. White peach and a bit of apricot. Nice!
