2008 Dragonette Fiddlestix Pinot Noir

Popped and poured, and enjoyed over three nights. Beautiful, clear, dark ruby red. Black cherry and spice on the nose, with a bit of strawberry and floral. More of the same on the palate. Oak is present, but complimentary and not intrusive to me. Great texture, good acidity and nice medium-long finish. My third bottle and I can say this one always puts a smile on my face. Love Fiddlestix!

Other data: 200 cases, 18 months in oak.

Great notes Steve!!

Had the 09 the other night when Brandon was in town. Lively acid and minerality that I haven't seen in a Fiddlestix offering before. Crazy good.
